Electronic health record: Forest View Pediatrics is switching to a new electronic health record on June 1, 2013. In doing so, we will join the rest of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, which took this important step toward better care in November 2012. It will help us provide you with even better care. Please bear with us as we make the change. Some thoughts to keep in mind:
We may ask you for information we haven't requested in the past. Click here to save time and fill out some of the questions prior to your visit.
It may take longer to register or make an appoinment, either on the phone or in person.
We make ask you to confirm data you have provided in the past.
Appointments may take a little longer.
You may notice extra staff helping with computers.
