Driving directions:
From either north or south I-94, exit highway 50 east (Hwy 50 veers to the left down Roosevelt Road at 39th Avenue and connects with 63rd Street at 22nd Avenue). Continue to Hwy 32 (Sheridan Road), turn left (north) on Sheridan Road one block to 62nd Street. Turn right on 62nd Street. one block to Eighth Avenue, right on Eighth Avenue to parking structure. Take the skywalk to clinic elevators to the third floor, Suite 3070.
