Biography: Dr. Khare is a board-certified pediatrician who completed medical school in India and pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the Milwaukee community. After her residency training, she was a hospital physician and assistant professor of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin for five years. She has a collaborative and flexible style and truly believes that a team approach between the family and health care professionals serves the children best. Her focus is on education and preventive health care to help parents raise happy and healthy children. She also enjoys working with special needs children. In addition, Dr. Khare is active with Children's Hospital and Health System and currently is president of the Medical/Dental staff at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
She has lived in Franklin since 1992 where she raised her now college student daughter. Although she originally is from India, she now considers this part of the world (snow, ice and all) to be a wonderful home. She does enjoy music, reading, traveling and above all, spending time with her family.
