Appointments
We realize that your time is extremely important. We strive to see patients with minimal wait time. In order to achieve this, there are a few things that you can do to help up in this effort.
Appointments can be made by calling (414) 228-0099 during regular office hours.
Appointments only - no walk-ins
Please note that visits are by appointment only. Please do not "walk-in" to be seen without an appointment unless the circumstance is unavoidable.
Describe the reason to be seen
When calling for an appointment, briefly and accurately describe the problems you wish to discuss with the doctor to the receptionist. his helps to schedule an appropriate amount of time for your child. There are some appointments such as family, school, and behavior problems that require more time than other appointments.
Make appointments ahead of time
Please make appointments for all children being seen ahead of time. If you need to bring a sister or brother in to be seen al well, please call us to discuss this ahead of the appointment. This allows us to schedule more time that is needed for your appointment and to pull the chart ahead of time.
Well child/physical exam appointments
Well child and regular check-up appointments should be scheduled well in advance. Depending on the physician, appointments for well exams may be scheduling four to eight weeks in advance. Scheduling well in advance gives us the best opportunity to accommodate your preference for a day or time. Please try to anticipate your need for camp, school, athletic and other examinations with a deadline.
Sick appointments
We allow time each day for sick visit appointments. If your child is ill, there are appointments on the same day. We recommend that you call as early in the day as possible for the best possible appointment time. Except in days when your doctor is gone for the day, you always will see your primary physician.
Parent/guardian needs to come to appointment
We require that a parent or guardian is present at each visit until the child reaches 18 years of age. If someone other than the parent or legal guardian needs to bring the child in, prior authorization is necessary. Please note that if we do not have prior authorization from the parent or legal guardian, we will need to reschedule the appointment.
