Safe in the sun
The best line of defense against the sun is covering up with a hat, sunglasses and light clothing. Sunscreens should be applied 30 minutes before going outside. We recommend using a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher and provides protection against UVA and UVB rays. Reapply sunscreen every two hours and after swimming. Don't use a combination of sunscreen and insect repellents since insect repellents should be applied only once a day. Babies younger than 6 months should avoid sun exposure all together. |
