Leyla Hamizadeh, MD

Welcome Dr. Leyla Hamizadeh!

Dr. Hamizadeh (hah - mee - ZAA - de) grew up in the Milwaukee area and has a long history of living and working in this commmunity. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marquette University with her bachelor's degree in Biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She will complete the pediatric residency program at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin this June, where she highly is regarded by her patients and colleagues.

Dr. Hamizadeh will begin seeing patients at Forest View Pediatrics in July 2010.
