Your telephone calls are very important to us. We strive to answer every call promptly and professionally.

Prescription refills

If your child needs a refill on medication, call our office at (414) 479-9990. Please leave the following information:

• Your child's name and spelling.
• Your child's date of birth.
• Which doctor they see at our office.
• The name and strength of medication.
• If you are having trouble with the medication or your child is expecting side effects.
• Your name and the best number for us to return your call.

If your child needs a refill on a medication, have your pharmacy contact us at (414) 479-9990 or fax a request to (414) 479-0230.

After hours calls

One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. If you call our office after hours or on a holiday, you will be given a phone number to contact the physician on call.

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. If you need to schedule an appointment for an urgent or sick visit, call our office at (414) 479-9990.
