Deadline for entry: Jan. 30.
Anticipated display date: Feb. 28.
Deadline for entry: May 30.

Guidelines

Dimensions
12" x 18" or 12" x 12"

Materials
Two-dimensional crayon, pencil, marker, watercolor, tempera, collages, chalk or oil pastel on paper.

Submission
Mail or bring in art entry form and original artwork to Bayshore Pediatrics.

Selection criteria
Only artwork by patients at Bayshore Pediatrics will be considered.
Content must be suitable for display in a pediatric clinic.
Quality of artwork, including creative, quality of finish.

Consideration

Submitted artwork is donated to Bayshore Pediatrics. Art selected will be displayed in the lobby area of Bayshore Pediatrics with the first name and age of the artist (child). Photos of all submitted work will be posted on bayshorepediatrics.com with the first name and age of the artist (child).
